Should you find that a product does not meet our standards for freshness or is in some way defective, we will consider offering a replacement or issue a refund.

Due to unprecedented demand for certain products and limited product availability, the co-op cannot guarantee replacements.
You must have a store receipt to be issued a refund. In the absence of a receipt, only store credit or a gift card will be granted.
Checks – Please allow 14 days after original purchase to give a cash refund. Before 14 days, a store credit or a gift card may be granted.
Credit and Debit – For returns under $10, a cash refund may be granted. For refunds over $10, we will provide a gift card or refund the purchase amount back on the original payment card. We cannot refund to a different
credit or debit card.
Cash – is given back as cash or gift card.
Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
